This recipe is very easy to make, no cooking involved. It is packed with nutrients that will keep you energetic, a great way to start your day.
1 part oats
1/2 vegan milk
1 small banana
Soak Oats and Chia in water overnight, water should be a bit above level. In the morning, add vegan milk, amount is up to you, depends on the consistency you prefer. Add sliced banana, mix well… and that’s it, super easy. Enjoy 🙂
Tips: use glass jar for soaking ingredients. Other fruits can be added, such as berries.
